3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations requested before a cohort starts may be eligible for a full refund. After a program begins, refunds are limited and at our discretion, accounting for mentor time and materials already delivered. Local consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or disrupt services.
- Respect mentors and peers; harassment or plagiarism may result in removal without refund.
- You are responsible for your account confidentiality and activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, brand assets, and site materials are owned or licensed by HorizonCraft and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. You retain rights to projects you create unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services may include links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorizonCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
